Peter,

It was not clear if you want violin and piano versions of these works or the versions that have been recorded. In some cases I doubt that violin/piano reductions are for sale.

Contact the librarian of the Berlin German Symphony Orchestra (now Konzerthausorchester Berlin). That librarian will have a listing from which publisher he rented the score and parts.
