Sophie Bird

I have been learning the violin here in NZ since I was 3, finished my honors degree at the NZSM in 2006 with first class. Was a member of the quartet in residence there the Antipodes quartet. I am about to embark on a tour with that quartet to Taiwan and throughout London/Wales as part of a scholarship through the Royal Over-seas Legue. I shall be studying at the Jacobs school of Music in Indiana in the Fall with Paul Biss.
