Chris Hanner

I am a beginning fiddle player who is proud to be using my father's violin which was put away for more than 65 years! I had the instrument professionally restored and am enjoying every minute of the musical learning experience (even the screechy sounding minutes!). I am also a seamstress, and have recently started making "Ornaments" violin/fiddle case blankets and bags for myself and others. I love searching the world for unique fabrics that are inspired by songs, players or the beauty around my St. Simons Island home.
