New Catalog of Unaccompanied Violin Music Published

February 7, 2026, 9:51 AM · I am pleased to announce that I have published a catalog of works for unaccompanied violin: MUSIC FOR VIOLIN ALONE: A CATALOG OF WORKS FROM THE BAROQUE TO THE PRESENT.

This reference work will be a valuable guide to violinists, students, teachers, and listeners looking for new repertoire. It fills in many gaps in previous listings and adds up-to-date information about where to obtain works when available, as well as occasional comments on the works and a preface about the evolution of solo violin music.

Also, for the next edition, there is a decent transcription of Albeniz' Asturias.
