Andrew Victor's Legacy Lives On

Edited: November 26, 2025, 2:49 PM · For those of you touched by the loss this past year of our revered and missed fellow v.commie, Andrew Victor, I have some heart warming news to share concerning his quite accomplished Granddaughter, named Eva. This news was passed to me by Andrew's daughter Lisa. Lisa and family were so very touched to know about our affection for Andrew that she felt it might be meaningful to share their good news with our group. It is my honor to share her below information.

LISA WRITES...
My daughter, Eva Victor (Andrew's granddaughter) is a screenwriter/director/actor and she recently finished a role in an upcoming movie about a cellist. In the movie Eva plays a violinist, so she had to go through several months of coaching to learn to "look like" she is playing the violin (a professional will play the real music). We wish my father had been here to help her learn to play "fake violin" and had been able to know about this, he would have been very tickled. I, for one can imagine dear Andrew finding a way to guide Eva in her challenge. To be light hearted, I sometimes think I also try to to pass myself off as a violinist! Ha!! Anyway, I hope this news brings a smile to everyone as it surely did for me.
