That said, a friend was headed to NYC last year and she needed a new bridge and asked if I could cut it on her way to the airport... I told her that I could not. She got to NYC, called me and asked how much I charged her for the last bridge that I cut, and it was $150+the blank. The guy in NYC wanted $350, and wouldn't touch it for $150.
Point is, it varies based on where you are and who does it. No solid answer can be given.
