Good (living) Chinese violinists!

January 5, 2023, 10:20 AM · Hey all!! Would love to know what Chinese violinists you think are great. Obviously there is Ning Feng and Lv Siqing, but what others do you think are great?

January 6, 2023, 1:12 AM · Chuanyun Li virtuoso violinist
January 6, 2023, 10:22 AM · Chuan-yun Li was incredible but I don't believe he plays anymore. I heard severe physical and mental illness led him to retire.

She was born and raised in San Antonio, but her parents both grew up in China and her father at least has gone back there; I don’t know about her mother. Pretty sure Nancy is bilingual and bicultural. Her father was her primary teacher until she went to college.
