1932 Ricci Vieuxtemps Video

March 5, 2005 at 06:12 AM · Does anyone know if there is a full video clip of Ruggiero Ricci playing Vieuxtemps Concerto no 5 in Hollywood 1932? It's on the Art of Violin, just wondering because if there is a full video of it I want it!

July 8, 2005 at 02:34 AM · Funny; that one's been on my mind, too.

I do havea video of Leila Josefowicz playing the Vieuxtemps #5 at the same venue (Hollywood Bowl) from 1992. If anyone wants one, send me 5 bucks and I'll send you a DVD I made from a tape I made live from TV back then. I also made a DVD of Shaham playing the Sibelius on PBS on June 15, 2005. If anyone wants either, let me know.
