What kind of training does it require? Are there any institutes in Canada that offer teacher training in the Suzuki method? What kind of prerequisites do you need?

If you look under teacher training you will find out the audition requirements to be admitted to trainings, and listings of all short term teacher training locations (there are quite a few places to go in Canada). You can also do degree programs in Suzuki pedagogy at a number of universities. You will then be able to register your training and have a record of it on file with the SAA........there is no "certification" process. Good Luck!
