Jargar Superior vs Evah Pirazzi/Goldbrokat E

May 26, 2016 at 02:00 AM · Hi, I was going to get the Evah Pirazzi Set with the Goldbrokat E, but I came across a comment saying that Joshua Bell uses the Jargar Superior set. I was curious of what that was, so I did some research. Getting opinions from people, they say that it's the best synthetic strings that they've used.

Can someone help state facts and opinions?

On my instrument they sound similar to Peter Infeld but with a more interesting color and some similarities to Dominant as well.Very soft in the left hand. For sure one of the best synthetic in the market.

July 15, 2016 at 05:00 PM · Hello José Belmonte

What can you say about Superior Jargar strings in terms of life-span?

July 16, 2016 at 07:57 PM · Hello Casimiro,

I think they last as much as other tomastik strings similar in price, like Peter Infeld or even Vision solo titanium, always depending on how much you play every day or monthly. Definetively longer life than Evah Pirazzi.

Everyone may have different opinions or experiences with same strings, so the best thing is to try them on your own instrument.

Hi José

thank you for your feedback! Somehow you said what I wanted to hear, this is, that Jargar Superior are more durable than Evah's (for me that's enough for now). Yes, I will give them a shot .....

Gracias José

Cheers....
