I am looking for new violin case backpack straps, and a portable music stand. Has anyone used neotech back straps with stretch?
The music stand should be able to fit in a bag/purse but be durable.
Gewa neoprene straps are comfortable and reasonably prized.
I was thinking of these http://www.amazon.com/Neotech-0801012-Case-Sling-Black/dp/B000EEK4V2/ref=pd_cp_MI_0
and these

But now I'm confused as to which would be best.
Hello,
I use the Neoprene strap from Shar linked above and I love it. It really does reduce the felt weight--important to me since my case weighs about 8 lbs. It also sits very well on my shoulder--doesn't slip at all. I ended up buying one for each of my violin cases. I've never used them as backpack straps, so YMMV.
Marina - I use a Nilton Magic stand outside the house (I have a Manhasset for the house).

It is excellent but expensive. The Peak stand may be an adequate, more affordable portable stand.
I've used Shar's one-shoulder neoprene strap for years. Love it!
I have the heaviest K&M folding stand. It has been with me for over a decade and doesn't show a single bit of wear.
