Can anyone find a transcription of the full Romeo and Juliet for Violin and Piano, becuase i can't find it on the internet and my teacher says its somewhere (she says its on the back of one of her russian books)... Or does anyone have a transcription that you can scan or something? The only one i can find is http://www.sheetmusicplus.com/title/Heifetz-Collection/93243 which only has one tiny part... Thanks.

Which Romeo and Juliet are you looking for? Many composers such as Prokofiev, Tchaikovsky, Gounod, Respighi, Mancini, Berlioz, and many others have written their own versions.

Try imslp.org. they have a great free sheet music library.

My teacher wants the prokfiev version. (imslp doesn't have violin and piano transcription, only full orchestra)

Sergey Prokofiev;
Three Pieces ...
1. Montaigus et Capulets.
2. Danses de jeunes antillaises.
3. Masques.

Contact a local academic library and ask them to arrange an Interlibrary Loan.

I would need to know how to get this music in Italy! As we don't have really good libraries where I live!!! :-( If somebody find the music of those Romeo and Juliet pieces I would be really grateful!!!!

Thank you

Yeah, so the previous poster gave me a link to worldcat.org. Unfortunely, none of those libraries near me offer link+ (a FREE cooperative link so you can get books from different library). My nearest library charges from a interlibrary loan, so (is it normal anyways to charge?)...
