Glaesel Violin Strings

February 25, 2010 at 07:22 AM ·

First, i would like to thank everyone who responded to my previous posts (this place is really really helpful)

So back to the topic, has everyone ever heard of Glaesel Violin Strings (i mean the strings, not the violin itself)? There is no information (as in no one sells it). If you do know it, how do those strings sound (its obviously not going to sound better then a Eudoxa for example, but)

Thanks a lot!

Are you looking at that ebay ad??? If so, he claims he got all these strings from a "store that went out of business"...My fear is they have been sitting around forever, so I'm not going to bid on the violin or viola strings

I found a 2003 catalog online, but nothing else
