Jonathan Angress

I started playing the violin at the age of 6 upon seeing the film "Fiddler on the Roof." This launched my current music career as I am a classical and Jewish singer as well as a classical and Klezmer violinist. I studied with Professor Aileen DiNino for 12 years and upon attending the University of Miami Frost School of Music, I began studying with Professor Scott Flavin who is currently the concertmaster of the Florida Grand Opera Orchestra and the Miami Bach Society Orchestra as well as a member of the Birgonzi String Quartet.
