Need your thoughts on L'archet Brasil and Alfred Knoll bows!

September 27, 2019, 6:31 PM · Hi everyone! I'm looking for a new bow in $900-1000 range. We don't have as many as I would love to in our local stores, but I liked one by Luan Ruy (L'archet Brasil) more than others which were available to try. All were Brazilian. But also I'm thinking of trying Alfred Knoll 312 as I have Knoll bow (much cheaper though) which is really quite good for its price, while Brazilian bows of the same level didn't work that good for me. So I was curious to try more expensive Knoll bows. The problem is that I have to wait and pay for shipping.

So, previously just wanted to hear your thoughts on both Alfred Knoll 312 (with two stars in the stamp) and L'archet Brasil (particularly on Luan Ruy). Which brand is rated higher and seems to be more promising? Of course it's better to try, but is it even worth of waiting and paying for shipping?

Thanks everyone in advance!
