Komarowski Konzert Nr2 Fingering

March 13, 2021, 3:46 PM · I've been practicing this student concert by Komarowski for quite a while, but still can't figure out the fingering at measure 149 (Peters edition on IMSLP) of the 1st movement.

I'm not sure how to post a jpeg of the section in question here, but here's a link to the IMSLP file https://ks.imslp.info/files/imglnks/usimg/6/6f/IMSLP187603-PMLP325136-Concerto_2_violin_and_klavier.pdf

The music appears to show a E#-D double stop with the fingering 0 - 1 . I don't know how to get an "open" string E#. I don't have a teacher right now (since about 1997!) so I turn to the folks I know can help.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Thank you for pointing out what I should have seen. Somehow the proximity of the sharp to the E caused me to miss that the sharp is actually on the D ledger line. Maybe I should get my glasses upgraded :(

Thanks
