Prokofiev/Borisovsky - Death of Juliet arranged for violin and piano sheet music

I was wondering if anyone here knew where I could find this arrangement Vadim Borisovsky made of this movement from Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet suites.

I am able to find the arrangement he did for viola and piano but am unable to find a violin transcription (it has been recorded by David Oistrakh as well as Ludmila Worobec-Witek).
