Mind over matter

July 5, 2020, 3:01 PM · I just saw this video of Clayton Haslop and his struggles and triumph. I had the pleasure of attending a masterclass he gave years ago and then I followed his website for a while. I know he was having health issues at some point and then never heard from him. Some people may have seen him on youtube playing violin while riding a unicycle. This video puts that to shame. I'm very glad to see him playing and I'm sure this will inspire others here.

And I did see him concertmaster the Oscar orchestra back in 2009 (was it?). That was the main reason I watched the show.

I have a lot of respect for him and I am quite amazed to see and hear how well he can do in spite of his new problem.

More power to you, Clayton.
