Looking for de Taeye Humoresque

November 25, 2019, 10:20 AM · Hello All,

Does anyone have any leads on where I can get a copy of Alex de Taeye’s Humoresque? A recording of it can be found on Itzhak Perlman’s Bits and Pieces CD.

Any publisher info you might have (or a pdf copy if one is willing!) would be greatly appreciated!

Not in IMSLP. Guy was Belgian, wrote a lot, but can't even find that his humoresque was ever reduced to a violin/piano arrangement. If you're affiliated with a university, ask the interlibrary loan librarian for some help. I'd say go to the public library, but interlibrary loan in most US libraries isn't that useful.
