E. O. George violin maker

Edited: September 7, 2019, 7:58 AM · This is in response to an archived discussion I happened on last week when googling "E.O. George". Krista Moyer, Noah Scott, Joseph Wilkinson, Bob Wey, and Rebecca Downing all had commented on him. I actually knew E.O. Geroge - known to us as "Hank". My dad and he were friends in Cleveland, OH, where my dad began his career in instrument making. They would get together and spend hours arguing about how the instruments should be made. He was a fun guy and a good friend to my dad, Thomas Smith ("Tony" to Hank). I don't think I ever saw one of his fiddles. Glad some of you got to!
