Bowing technique for "rolling 16th notes" between strings

September 3, 2018, 2:58 PM · In the 2nd violin accompaniment of the Sibelius Violin Concerto, First Mvt., pg. 1, line 5, how to execute these
six-note triplets (half note = 63; quarter note = 126)
cleanly. I have only three fingers on the bow, very relaxed hand, using whole arm to move between the strings, arm at A-String level, playing at the tip, but I'm not getting precise counting at that speed. Any suggestions, other than practice it slower "until my arm just 'does it'....?"

Same idea with four sixteenth notes per beat (quarter note = 120) Third Mvt., 5th measure after Reh. #6. How to execute these "rolling 16ths" evenly at that speed.

Thank you!
