Is the screw of this bow warped?
It's a Yita cello bow
You can't tell without looking at the screw itself. Most likely, either the front hole and nipple hole aren't drilled perfectly inline or the screw isn't seated in the button square. It's not necessarily a cause for concern. The only way to tell if it is any issue at all is to tighten the bow yourself.
It looks like the hole for the screw isn't drilled straight. What will probably happen is that the frog will be a very loose fit on the stick when the hair is loosened, or bind on the stick when up to playing tension, or some combination of the two.
Eastman ("Cadenza") makes a great CF cello bow.
I agree with David - my guess would be the hole in the cap is not straight. Replacing such a cap is about a 1 minute job.
