German bow, I have got one myself: very good octogonal silver mounted bow.

August 3, 2005 at 01:32 PM · Hi

I'm wondering about the authenticity of mine I got recently - it was included with the violin I bought off someone from uni. It's octogonal and silver mounted as well, though it only had the word "Penzel" stamped as opposed to the full name of those guys, plus mine hasn't got the horizontal treble clefs either. Any thoughts?
