Help! Searching for violin camp/holiday for adult beginner.

June 17, 2005 at 03:37 AM · Help! Looking for violin summer camp in August for a 40 year old beginner! Google and yahoo searches have not turned up anything useful.

Another possiblity would be a homestay program--if such a thing exists--live with a teacher and get some private lessons. Anyone know of a website or way to find something like this? Would probably want to be in California, but could travel if it was worthwhile.

Another possibilty is a swap--any violin teacher want to learn French for a week or two in Aug?

Appreciate any ideas on finding a nice holiday which would include lessons for a passionate (yet quite untalented) beginner!

They have a wide range of programs for all ages, and all levels. It's a really fun, great, supportive enviroment and the concerts every evening are always AWESOME!
