I used to play Violin until High School when work piled on.
Now i've finally begun to have some time to play my violin again, but it's really old, and in need of repairs.
Does anyone know of a good luthier in NYC who would fix a non-rare, run-of-the-mill violin and bow?
I've seen many of the recommendations listed on the below discussion threads, but they're all shops for "rare" and "fine" violins...which is definitely not what I have...
