a mini lesson on mozart 5, 3rd movement?

August 12, 2004 at 04:44 AM · hi wonderful people of violinist.com, my teacher has been out of town for about 3 weeks now and let me start working on the mozart 5 3rd movement, right now, ive been working on memorizing notes, getting clarity, attempting to play in tune, and tryin to play it musically, but i was wondering if there are any specifics i should know about in playing that movement? i know its a humongously broad question but are there any excercies i should practice to make it sound better? prettty much, im asking for a small mini-lesson from you people because i wanna be able to play the piece well and impress mmy teacher when he gets back =)))

Also, play the middle part and cadenzas as if u're practicing the 1st movement's cadenza. It helps alot.

owen, one thing I cna tell you for sure. if you come in two months late, in any concerto, the orchestra will have gone home,

zen is great but it"s easier to read the date of the original posting;)
