Julio, the late Sir John Tavener traced his ancestry back to that other composer, John Taverner (d. 1545). Can you trace yours back to Richard Strauss's inspirer, Miguel de Cervantes (d. 1616), by any chance?
Unfortunately no, my blood line is really mixed up I don't even know who my grand parents are. Bio-Mom and my dad don't talk about them.
