I am a returning amateur violist. I played in Jr.High and High School and then set it aside for 20 years until finally I decided that it was time to stop saying I ought to start practicing again and said I'm going to start practicing again. After a while I started back to lessons and now participate in a local community orchestra simply for the joy of playing the violin.
