Kimberly Simpkins

I've been playing the violin for more than 30 years, during which time I've traveled all over the world as a missionary-violinist, taught private lessons and in public school, played in symphonies, for weddings, funerals, bands, parties, and the list goes on. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Violin Performance in 1993 and I recently made the decision to return to graduate school to earn a Master of Music in Violin Performance. I am excited and nervous about this new adventure! I decided to start this blog to chronicle my journey as a 40-something graduate student. I look forward to the adventures that await me!
