I have been teaching violin, viola and cello for 40 years in the Chicago Area and North Eastern Wisconsin.
I have had students from all walks of life and all ages. I am at ease working with 5 year olds as I am with 70 year olds.
I use a variety of methods according to what I judge would work best for the student.

I am a great motivator-- and demand excellence from everyone according to their abilities.
When you listen to a beginner, you have to hear the future-- E and E-- Enjoyment and Excitement- makes progress from recital to recital-- and makes a life long musician.
