I began violin studies with teachers Ramon Guerra and Dino Gonçalves in Ciudad Bolivar and then prepared advanced violin studies with José Francisco Del Castillo, Eddy Marcano and Sergio Celis in the city of Caracas. I received master classes with violinists and pedagogues of excellence such as Felicitas Hoffmeister and Daniel Stravawa from the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, Marilou Speaker Churchill from The New England Conservatory, Ivry Gitlis a world recognized international soloist, among others.
I have been trained as a chamber musician with several ensembles like the Latin American String Quartet, The Quartet of Philadelphia and The Berlin Philarmonic String Quartet. Performed as a soloist and chamber musician in numerous concerts with regional orchestras like Jóvenes Arcos de Venezuela, Lara Symphony Orchestra, Simon Bolívar Symphony Orchestra, among others.
With the National Youth Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela I'd tour South America, North America and Europe along with conductors such as Giuseppe Sinopoli, Lorin Mazel and Gustavo Dudamel, among others.
With the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra I acted on the biggest stages of culture worldwide, from across America, through Europe to reach Asia, highlighting the Philharmonie Berlin, Philharmonie Essen, Philharmonie Paris, Salzburg Festival, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Palau de la Música Catalana, Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Teatro Alla Scala, the Edinburgh Festival, the Istanbul Festival, The Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall and many others of equal importance and popularity. With the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra I participated under the record label Deutsche Grammophon in the recording of seven albums including Fifth and Seventh Symphony of Mahler, The Rite of Spring by Stravinsky, Beethoven and Tchaikovsky symphonies, among others are included. With the same orchestra I have been conducted by universal figures such as Simon Rattle, Claudio Abbado, Essa-Pekka Salonen, Daniel Barenboim, Krzysztof Penderecki and Gustavo Dudamel, our current musical director.
