Hannah is a dedicated educator with a large private studio. She is also on the violin faculty at Washington University of St Louis, teaches violin, viola, and string ensemble at Lindenwood University and recently started teaching Elementary Strings in the Kirkwood School District. She is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music through the Music Teachers National Association, has pedagogy training through various Suzuki Institutes with Susan Kempter and others, has attended Indiana University’s Retreat for Violin Teachers with Mimi Zweig and is a certified teacher for the Mark O’Connor Method. She is currently taking courses to learn to incorporate the development of creativity through musical improvisation with the Creative Ability Development Method. Originally from Clinton, South Carolina, Hannah received both her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she studied with Linda Cerone and William Preucil.
