Dianne C Howard

I am a retired public school Orchestra Director and Strings teacher. I taught for 33 years. I have also taught privately and at the college level. I taught the Suzuki Method having studied with John Kendall at the SIU at Edwardsville and with Dorothy Mauney at Oberlin. Following competitive audition, my high school orchestras have twice been selected to perform in the prestigious Concert Hour at the 2008 and 2015 NYSSMA Conference in Rochester, NY. I have been a member of the North Eastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic, the Harrisburg Symphony and the Williamsport Symphony. I enjoy sharing my love of music through teaching,and performing.
