Wayne Wilkinson

I completed one year of college-level study as a violin major until developing tendonitis in my left forearm. At that time I changed fields to social psychology and recently earned my Ph.D. Except for a few sporadic holiday performances I did not play the violin for about 13 years.

Once my graduate work was completed, I started playing again. I am a former member of the Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra (DeKalb, IL) and the Central Ohio Symphony Orchesra (Delaware, OH). I am currently a member of the Arkansas State University Orchestra and the Delta Symphony Orchestra (both in Jonesboro, AR). I am also on the Psychology & Counseling faculty at Arkansas State University.
