Thomas Gregory
Thomas Gregory is a cellist, composer and conductor. He studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in his hometown London before continuing his studies at the University of Michigan with the eminent Danish Cellist Erling Bløndal Bengtsson. He has performed all the major concertos in the UK and abroad and is a current member of the Marmara Piano Trio.
Thomas conducts of The Fortismere Community Symphony Orchestra, teaches cello at the Centre for Young Musicians and was recently appointed Head of Strings at Haringey Music Service in London. He is also the creator of the popular Vamoosh series of books for young string players. These are available from www.VamooshMusic.com.
