Rosita Hopper
At the age of 50 I decided to stop worshiping the study of violin vicariously through my children and study seriously myself. After a couple of years I was blessed with the opportunity to join an amateur chamber music ensemble that was in need of a violist. Since then my identity has been in steady metamorphosis as I fall more and more in love with the viola, that unsung heroine of the bowed string instrument family.
