Michael O'Gieblyn

I am currently a sub with the Nashville Symphony, and member of the Memphis, Chattanooga, and Huntsville Symphony Orchestras. I also live and freelance in Nashville.

I've been playing violin since I was four years-old, but I didn't always love it. I tried lots of other jobs, but just kept coming back to the violin.

When I started preparing for orchestra auditions, I found myself wasting tons of time trying to find excerpts and recordings and thought there had to be a better way. I created the website: www.violinexcerpts.com as the solution. I hope you find it helpful as well.
