Nate Robinson

Nate Robinson began studying the violin at the age of 5 and made his debut at 11 years old performing the Paganini Concerto #1 with the Taipei Symphony Orchestra. He has since appeared internationally as a guest soloist, recitalist, chamber musician, and recording artist for Paramount Pictures and Walt Disney Pictures.

Mr. Robinson studied at the Manhattan School of Music and Yale University with the late renowned virtuoso violinist, Erick Friedman, a protégé of legendary violinist Jascha Heifetz.

Nate Robinson owns and performs on a violin by Felice and Gaetano Guadagnini (Turin, Italy), which 'reproduces certain features of Stradivari..' according to W.E. Hill & Sons (London, 1947) and a bow by Eugene Sartory made in 1946. In addition, Mr. Robinson has performed extensively on a modern violin made in 2003 by Phillip Injeian of Pittsburgh, PA.
