From 2012-2016, I was Founder and Director of the Music Entrepreneurship and Career Center at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore. Previously, from 1992-2012, I was a member of the artist-faculty at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Before then, I taught at UT-San Antonio, Michigan State University, and Lansing Community College. I put down the violin years ago to focus on my guitar playing, but I hold a passion for all things strings.
Today, I work as a consultant and also present workshops for musicians and teachers throughout the US as well as overseas and coach violinists and all performers in ways to boost their musicianship and careers, prepare for auditions, overcome performance anxiety, and attain professional success.
