Katisha Lindee

I have only been playing for about 18 months but I love the violin so much. I bought my violin of ebay :) just before my 16th birthday because I decided I really wanted to learn to play it. I wasn't alowed to have lessons at first because I was already having drama, piano and singing lessons and violin teachers are scarce in Innisfail. However, I tried to teach myself for the rest of the year, this didn't work very well :P But I showed so much persistance that my mum organized for me to have lessons at the begining of 2010. This has become one of the highlights of my week. I have been working through the AMEB grade work and some of the Suzuki books. Currantly I am playing grade 5 and Suzuki book 4. My technique needs improvemnt and that will be my focus for next year.
