I'm still a beginner, started learning in late 2008. I'm absolutely loving it. I may never be good but that won't stop me from having fun playing.

My current goal is to learn some simple irish tunes by next St Patrick's Day so I can go out and busk. At the present people would actively pay me to STOP playing so I've got some work to do before next year.

Distant Goal: To learn to play The Devil Went Down to Georgia so I can give my sister a big "I told ya so" :)
