I am an amateur musician who most recently studied the violin under Ivan Minas-Bekov and Olga Yanovich (student of Spivakov), and have performed in workshops under Paul Rolland. Additionally, I have studied the viola with Richard Parnas (student of William Primrose) and Nancy Thomas (student of Karen Tuttle). On the cello, I studied with Beverly LeBeck (student of Casals, Nelsova, and Piatigorski) and Joseph Druian (student of Feuermann and Piatigoski). My chamber music studies have included work with Gabor Magyar of the Hungarian Quartet and Frederic Balazs.
I also collect string instruments, which includes a commissioned quartet.
