Bonnie Savage

I am a professional singer and violinists. I perform professionally as a concert singer, and have soloed with orchestras and given many recitals. I also give light programs of a variey of violin and voice music, including songs from musicals, opera arias, showy violin pieces, gypsy music and lyrical songs. My present classical repetoire, is Gliere's Concerto for Coloratua and Orchestra, slections for flute, voice and piano, by Ibert, Ravel, Handel, and Bach, "Ebben' ne andro non lontano" from La Wally, "Exultate Jubilate," by Mozart and songs by Harrison Leslie Adams. I have also sung the soprano solos in oratorios and cantatas by Schubert, Handel and Mozart. I have sung the entire role of Despina from "Cosi von Tutte" by Mozart in regional theater, performed the role of Ruth in Pirates of Penzance, and sung the role of Little Red Riding Hood by Seymour Barab and Rita by Donizetti in touring companies.
As a violinist, I have been concertmaster of many community orchestras in the greater Cleveland area. As a string quartet player, I have given
recitals and also have performed numerous wedding gigs. I also perform in a classica guitar, violin duo, performing works by Pagannini, Guiliani, light classical, Renaissance, popular, and Broadway music. We have also done programs of traditional folk songs. I also have done work as a strolling violinist.
