Different colored fingerboards: How?

February 16, 2019, 3:10 PM · Greetings! I was wondering if anyone knew how some of the baroque style fingerboards are made. I mean the ones that look like stained and polished maple wood and not ebony. What sort of stain or varnish would be used to get that great look?

Thank you, -Zac

It would get more notice there and more responses. A blog post expires at the end of 1 week. We can still read it, but after 1 week, the post will no longer accept replies.
