Re: Dealing with Repetitive Strain Injury

November 16, 2010 04:53

I read this post and wanted to comment on it.

For 3 years I struggled with a rotator cuff injury in my right shoulder and for over a year tennis elbow in both elbows. I tried physio therapy and that didn't help.

It has been gone now for over a year and I did one simple thing. I increased my vitamin D3. Not just 400 rdi, I took 4000. Within a few weeks both cleared up and have not reared their ugly heads since.

Playing both the fiddle and the flute were painful. Now I can go on indefinitely with both.
