Playing at a local church.

Last night I had a great time during our last rehearsal for next Sunday’s recital at St. Mary Magdalene Church (Pentecost Mass, May 15, 2005 at 10:30am). The acoustics of the church are amazing! The sound of the choir, violin and the wonderful organ played by my close friend John Dulina, makes it heavenly! I’m looking forward to Sunday’s performance. I haven’t performed close to home in awhile and so I’ll also have the pleasure of having the family and a few friends there.
What more does one need? Family, friends and great music in the Lord’s house! Moments like these remind me that many times, the simple things in life can be the most rewarding!
