This concert is part of the Atterbury House Sessions concert series, curated by Lara St John and celebrating the 150th anniversary of New York’s iconic Atterbury House.

The series began on Jan. 23 and will continue for five more Saturdays, all at 2 p.m. PT (5 p.m. ET) with upcoming guests including brass quartet The Westerlies (April 3); Imani Winds (April 17); Baroque violinist Aisslinn Nosky and friends (April 24); the Brentano Quartet (May 8); violinist Augustin Hadelich (May 15); and Lara herself (June 5).

March 15, 2021 at 02:32 PM · Laurie, Thank you so much for pointing out Corigliano's appearance in the video. The photograph he showed of his father as a very young violinist, which served as inspiration for "Snapshot: Circa 1909," was touching and made the beautiful piece all the more moving. (I had no idea Corigliano's father was concertmaster of the NY Phil for 26 years.)
