3 chamber music problems: Rhythm, Turn pages, 1 person missing

I was on a chamber music evening of an orchestra. I learned how to resolve 3 chamber music problems concerning rhythm, how to turn pages when you have not enough time for that and what to do when somesone of your trio has a concert at the same time somewhere else:

the piece in the 3rd clip is the first of the 4 Romantic Pieces by Dvorak.

the violin & piano version is op. 75:
