Inventor looking for feedback for the Wrist Rascal teaching aid

November 14, 2013 21:02

Wow, it's been almost ten more months of developing the Wrist Rascal! It's the first of its kind. A kind of foreshadowing of what the wrist will feel like when shifting begins. I know some teachers insist on starting their students up closer to the body if the instrument. I took this great idea and found a way to be rid of collapsing wrists, pancake hand etc... The device brings the feeling of third position to first which encourages the hand to take the correct shape needed for great finger alignment. Of course it's only a teaching aid and should be used on and off as the student develops. Please have a look. It should be seen in some prominent string magazines soon, but here's a chance to get a sneak peak and perhaps give me some much needed feedback. Thank you Www.wristrascal.com
