I havent been practicing much mostly because my new job is turning out to be awful but reading the blogs has been inspirational.
Felt so bad that Laurie didnt win the audition.
Kelsey sent me some wonderful music she conducted.
Rachael Jennings has been a great and suportive friend.
Pauline has also been a great and supportive friend.
Tracy just keeps on making me laugh with a seeming endless amount of wit. Robert Schumann beanie baby? I want one!
And of course I looked for a new journal from Hilary Hahn but she didnt put up anything new. Im am trying to imagine her playing the Korngold, Paganini 1, and Spohr 8.
Today I saw a really interesting web page about someone who lives near Chernobyl...
I think this week will be better though and Ill be practicing again everyday, like I used to. Im starting to be able to deal with the stress of the job and the weather is getting nice. Thanks to everyone who have been so encouraging to me.
I am also considering substituting bbq pork rinds for prunes
